This product does not require an exchange. Our CO2 Cylinders are compatible with Drinkmate, Sodastream, Aarke, and many other brands. Each cylinder comes filled, and contains 425g of CO2, which can make up to 60L of sparkling water (depending on number of pumps used per bottle). Please ensure you choose the right cylinder type. Wrong cylinder choices will incur a $10 re-delivery fee to exchange. If unsure, please contact us, we'll be happy to help. Sodastream machine models such as Gaia, Terra, Art use Quick Connect CO2 Cylinders, and all other machines (Drinkmate/Aarke etc) use standard screw in cylinders. Please refer to our compatibility checker. All our cylinders are certified Food Grade, and approved for safety with USA DOT, TC Canada, and European TUV certifications.
