This recipe makes three servings of a beautifully clarified, carbonated Don's Caribbean Punch. Orgeat, grenadine, rum, and root beer liqueur create a rich tropical base, enhanced b y Angostura bitters and a hint of saline for perfect balance. It’s a stunning, smooth cocktail with layers of complexity, perfect for sharing. Ingredients: 1 ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup ¾ oz Real Grenadine 3 oz Puerto Rican rum 3 oz Jamaican rum 3 oz fresh lime juice 1 ½ oz root beer liqueur 3 dashes Angostura bitters 15 drops Bittermens Tiki Bitters 15 drops 20% Saline solution 3 ½ oz milk Instructions: Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a vessel Add cocktail mixture to 3 ½ oz of milk Strain 2 times through a paper towel-lined strainer (do not change out paper towels) Top each serving with 1-2 oz club soda Glass: rocks Garnish: none Photo: @rumpunch_man Show more
