Plush Sparkle Elastic Beautifully soft with just the right amount of shimmer and shine! This 70% polyester 30% spandex woven elastic has a lovely soft feel on the wrong side with s himmering threads on the right side. No scratchy feel! The sparkle isn't glitter, so no need to worry about glitter ending up everywhere! The official width is 30 mm, which is approximately 1 1/4" wide.
