Estate Grown, 100% Pinot Noir for the 2019 vintage; in 2021, a small percentage of Zinfandel was blended with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for a more complex finish. Our estate gro wn, produced and bottled, Methode Champenoise sparkling wine is a true labor of love. Once you "pop" the crown from the bottle, there is a delicate burst of steam and the aromatic of crisp fuji apples.
