These vines, planted in the 1970s on sloping hillsides, benefit from the cool, high-elevation climate, yielding grapes that encapsulate expressive, vibrant flavours. The grapes for our Sparkling Riesling are hand-picked from our venerable vines, ensuring only the finest quality in each bottle. In our winery, we transform these precious grapes into a wine that exhilarates the senses before it undergoes a second fermentation process to become a sparkling wine. Non-Vintage Our dedicated winemaking team expertly blends select cuvées from various vintages, creating a non-vintage Sparkling Riesling that embodies harmony and consistent excellence.
