On the palate you will notice an up-front dryness, lovely red berry and Turkish delight flavours followed by a clean, lingering finish with a burst of raspberry. Made using methode ’ traditional bottle fermentation, followed by a minimum of six months ‘on lees’ , the wine is a lovely pale pink colour with a intense red berry and rose petal aroma.
