Sparkolloid is a fining agent used to help clear wine, cider, mead, and beer. It works by attracting suspended particles so they settle to the bottom, leaving the finished beverage clearer. It is commonly used when wines or ciders remain hazy after fermentation and other fining methods. Features: Helps clarify wine, cider, mead, and beer Forms a compact sediment layer for easier racking Often used when other fining agents are less effective Directions: Dissolve 1 tablespoon in 1 cup (8oz) of boiling water and heat for about 5 minutes.
