One size available: 60x80 cm / 24x32″ As I type this short description, I can hear the chirping of newly hatched sparrows. Their parents have taken up residence in a vent hole in the kitchen of our apartment and have done so for the past five years. The small birds flitting from plant to plant on our windowsill have become as much part of our apartment as we are. They are fed promptly at 9:30 or whenever we usually assemble ourselves for our own morning's feed and are a source of great fascination when our eyes still droop from the memory of sleep. This painting is really a tribute to them, I chose to paint a female sparrow as the gold band that frames their intelligent eyes is breathtaking in the morning sun.
