EQ-SPC-3050 is a benchtop precision screen printing machine driven by compressed gas with a coating area of 300 mm x 500 mm. It is a cost-effective tool for making various film coating with patterns and can be used for making flexible rechargeable battery electrodes, OLED, or thermoelectric devices. Position adjusting range: X-axis: 10mm to the left and 10mm to the right, total of 20mm Y-axis: 8mm to the front and 8mm to the back, total of 16mm Screen Mask A sample screen mask with MTI's Logo is included for testing and machine inspection. Extra screen masks with frames are available from Amazon or many other online stores. A screen mask with a customized printing pattern can be DIY, please refer to this video. Screen Mask Holder Holds Screen Mask within the below range: Length: 300 - 600mm Width: 200 - 350mm The Y-axis position is adjustable via a lead screw. Adjustable range: 30mm inward and 30mm outward, a total of 60mm. Coating Blade Two Squeegee Holders are included with a coating width of 170mm and 250mm. Two Squeegee with a width of 170mm and 250mm are also included for immediate use. The backing blade is used for returning the printing material to achieve automatic continuous printing. Position Accuracy +/- 0.08 mm Protective Shield (Optional ) The screen printing machine is installed with a transparent protective shield and an interlock is available to select on the options bar.
