Duck legs are first hand-rubbed with a proprietary blend of nine spices and flavorings. They're then layered with fresh aromatics and refrigerated for 36-48 hours. Once removed from the marinade, the legs are cooked in duck fat for 4-6 hours until the meat loosens from the bone but still intact. Warm in oven or skillet for five minutes before serving.
