The stamped mild steel is one of the leading causes of the deterioration of not only the housing but the rubber as well. These billet housings allow for tighter tolerances for an overall better fit and ride quality. The SPE Mounts use thick silicone isolators formulated for the absolute best performance, ride, and longevity. Between each major contact point, we utilize nylon spacers, so no marring occurs on the cab or frame.
