SpecCity White is a white-pigmented, wax-based curing compound that reflects sunlight to keep exterior paving cooler while curing SpecCity White forms a continuous membrane for str ong, durable concrete on street and curb paving, meeting ASTM C309 Type II, Class A and AASHTO M148 Type II, Class A.
