We have added shoulders to the larger sizes to keep them fit more comfortably and to ensure that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place on more active children. Our junior sizes are designed to fit a maximum chest measurement of 84cm. Please note that these ScratchSleeves have sewn in mitts that cannot be opened. “Great product.
