Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this is a classic Blanc de Noirs. It has had 3 years on the lees and 5 years in the cellar. This wine has a deep amber colour. It is very well dev eloped and exhibits rich sumptuous flavours of ripe apricots, toasted almonds, with a biscuity character. Less than 25 bottles left. It is now tasting phenomenal, and without doubt, it’s been worth waiting for. Only one bottle per customer now as it’s nearly all gone.
