Specialized Painting is an advanced painting course offered during 4th period, 2nd semester only, designed for a limited number of students who are committed to seriously honing their painting skills. Students qualify by maintaining a strong grade in Fundamentals of Painting or through an interview and portfolio review that demonstrates prior experience and dedication. The small class size allows for an intensive studio environment with increased one-on-one instruction and personalized feedback. Using professional student-grade acrylic paints, students will focus on advanced techniques, concept development, and disciplined studio practices while refining their individual artistic voice.
