Specialty Materials ThermoFlex Xtra | Heat Transfer for Nylon and Leather ThermoFlex Xtra is designed for decorating nylon, leather, and other heat-sensitive fabrics. It is also compatible with cotton, cotton blends, polyester, and siliconized materials with sufficient surface texture for adhesive grip, minimizing waste. Application Instructions: Cut a mirror image and apply to the garment using a heat press at 300–315°F for 4–6 seconds with firm pressure. Let cool, remove the polyester liner, cover with a Teflon or silicone sheet, and reheat for 10 seconds to complete curing. Always place release paper or a Teflon sheet between the heat platen and the carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage.
