This is an add-on for baby full month box delivery to additional locations. Each additional location is at $15/location. Example, if you need 10 deliveries, you have 1 free deliver y, thus, check out 9 deliveries. If you have only 1 additional location, please use the fields below. If you have multiple locations (more than 1), just check out the number of deliveries you need and send us an excel sheet with the following information and email us at [email protected] sheet:1. Date2. Delivery timing: 1030am-130pm or 330-630pm3. Recipient Name (must be their first name and not relationship relative name)4. Contact number (no land lines, only mobile numbers)5. Delivery address (postal code to be in the same cell as the address)6. Number of items per location, name of itemsPlease ensure that your recipient is available to receive and note the below terms:- If the recipient is not available, or not contactable, the driver will leave the items outside the door if they have tried to contact.- If no one is available to receive and a redelivery is required, an additional $20 fee will be charged for an additional location.
