Some are lightly freckled, others are boldly splotched, heavily bloomed or bloomy speckled and no two ever look exactly the same. This makes every dozen a beautiful surprise. In this hatching dozen, you’ll receive a variety of speckled and bloomed eggs that could be from our Olive Eggers, Marans, Silverudd’s Blue, or Welsummers. These genetics will produce eggs with character and charm, adding extra flair to both your incubator and future egg basket. As with all things genetics, speckling and blooms can vary. While the likelihood of offspring laying them are high, some hens may lay speckles or blooms consistently, while others may lay fewer or none at all.
