SpecLevel PCT is a self-leveling, polishable concrete topping that creates a dense, hard "salt & pepper" finish ready for diamond polishing in as little as 24 hours SpecLevel PCT i s a premium, cement-based, self-leveling concrete topping designed for an architectural polished finish. It dries to a light concrete gray that's receptive to integral color or stains, and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications across a range of traffic conditions.
