It's suitable for foot traffic after 24 hours and vehicular traffic after 72 hours under normal conditions. Key Features & Benefits Excellent abrasion resistance and chemical protection Available in multiple color options Suitable for both concrete and steel surfaces Foot traffic ready in 24 hours, vehicular traffic in 72 hours Application Instructions Concrete must be at least 28 days old with an open texture; remove curing compounds, sealers, oil, dirt, debris, and unsound concrete via sandblasting, shotblasting, or scarifying, then vacuum thoroughly Steel surfaces must be free of paint, oil, and grease, and sandblasted to white metal Saw-cut edges 1/4" deep in areas of heavy wheel traffic; maintain moving joints and fill cracks over 1/16" with a 100% solids epoxy mortar Apply with a notched squeegee or roller, then backroll with a spiked roller to reduce imperfections For a non-slip finish, broadcast clean, dry aggregate over the fresh coating before it levels out Apply additional coats once the first is tack-free (typically 4-18 hours) — do not exceed 18 hours between coats Clean tools and spills with Solvent 100, Xylene, toluene, or MEK immediately after use Technical Data Summary Coverage: Approximately 75-125 sq ft per gallon, depending on surface texture (two coats recommended) Packaging Available in quart units.
