SpecPrep SB is a three-component bonding adhesive that creates a structural bond between fresh and existing concrete, and doubles as an anti-corrosion coating for rebar SpecPrep SB offers up to a 24-hour open time and resists penetration of water and chlorides, though it won't form a vapor barrier after cure. It's suitable for bonding fresh concrete or repair mortars to existing concrete, and for protecting steel reinforcement during restoration.
