The Speed UTV CV Housing Tool is designed specifically for servicing and repairing Speed UTV axles. Built to precisely engage with the keyways in the CV housing, this tool allows you to safely and effectively remove the threaded cap from the two-piece CV housing without causing damage. Speed UTV CV housings are threaded together and often secured with tabs and Loctite. These must be released prior to using the tool. Once prepped, simply attach the CV Housing Tool to the keyways and back out the threaded cap with control and precision. Key Benefits: Precision Fit – Engineered to match Speed UTV CV housing keyways for a secure, non-slip grip. Damage Prevention – Eliminates the need for makeshift methods like screwdrivers or tapping, which can permanently damage threads and make the CV impossible to disassemble. Leverage Ready – In some cases, a 3-foot extension can be added for additional torque when breaking the cap free. Safe Operation – Never strike the tool or housing with a hammer; designed for smooth, controlled removal only. Maintain your CVs the right way—protect your components, save time, and ensure a perfect fit every time with the Speed UTV CV Housing Tool.
