Option two - if it rains insert the waterproof liner to keep you dry but cool. Option three - if it is cold and raining insert the thermal liner to keep you dry and warm. Interlite safety - reflective material on the arms, chest and rear for increased visibility in poor light. CE protectors in elbows and shoulders.
