These kits come with a bottle (all are random and different!), as well as any herbs and/or crystals to a fill your vessel with. Everything has been cleansed and charged with positi vity but I suggest you cleanse it again when you receive it. Layer as much or as little of each herb into your bottle while pushing your desires down your body and through your finger tips, into the vessel with the herbs. If you have a chant you would like to say you may do so, however it is not necessary. Keep it on the window sill, by your bed, on your desk or in your car!
