Spellbound Hat by Melissa Mortenson. The Spellbound Witch Hat Sewing pattern is a pattern for a quilted, lined, wearable Witch's Hat with an optional sash. This pattern features th ree different versions (all included with the pattern): Quilted with Patchwork, Quilted, Non-Quilted. Finished size is approximately 16" tall x 20" wide.
