It is fabulous and can be used anywhere from a cocktail pairing beautifully with Vodka to a cordial and as an integral part of a deglaze and reduction to create a wonderful sauce Slowly simmered and reduced to an aromatic subtly spiced sweet tangy sirop. With single source unwaxed fruit direct from the grower it's as pure as possible. Perfectly balanced it will tantalise your taste buds and awaken your palate. Enjoy in cocktails, spritzers, as a glaze on lamb, fish, pork and vegetables. I use it in amazing pate. Drizzle on your pizza balanced with a bit of chili. Use in a sauce.
