Description: Also known as a wood-smoked debreziner this is a delicious pepper-spiced sausage with a full flavour and a coarse texture. Our famous Bratwurst are low in fat and have natural skins. We suggest to cook them at a slow rate, to avoid splitting and fat loss. As they are a smoked product, the best way to cook them is on a flat bbq plate, low to medium temp, turning occasionally for 6-8 minutes. They can also be air-fried, boiled, microwaved, baked and smoked, but we prefer the good ol' BBQ.
