Our scream tag has been a huge hit all year round and after doing the Chucky tag.. we want to do all your favourite horror character in the same style! You can send us your favourite photo of them or we can find one that will work best. *resin tags will last if you take care of them, they are not to be worn with other metal tags and are not as hard wearing as a metal tag, they are not scratch proof. please take off the tag when your dog is going to the beach or river, or rough play. tags are not to be submurged in water or placed in direct sunlight for too long as this will ruin the tag. to wipe mud away from the tag, use a damp cloth and wipe away. for puppies please ensure the tag is not dangling too low, I can send out the tags on a small split ring on request, the tags are not chew proof * HOW TO ORDER Choose Your Size Tag Choose Your Base Colour Choose Your Font Add Contact Details Or Leave Blank TAG SIZES - APPROXIMATELY * Small 3cm Medium 4cm Large 5cm CONTACT INFO If no notes are left the tag will be sent blank on the back, please note we can only fit 2 lines on the back of your tags, any more than that and the details will be very small. For example we can do - ‘ Your name - A phone number ’ ‘ House number, Postcode - A phone number’ BASE COLOURS A base colour can be added to your tag! So if you have chosen the watermelon tag for example, you can choose to add a coloured base ( any colour or glitter ) or this is usually left clear, but a base colour always looks great and makes your tag stand out even more! CUSTOM TAGS Most custom design tags can only be done on a medium or a large size tag. HARDWEAR Tags are now all sent with an O RING, very convenient for taking the tags on and off your collars but also very durable and will not come off if attached properly. HAND MADE DISCLAIMER All tags are hand made by me, no two tags will ever be the same, each one is different. I work hard to prevent any imperfections but sometimes the tags can contain small air bubbles or have irregular edges. No two tags will ever look the same which makes each take unique and one of a kind! DURABILITY My tags are durable but not indestructible. If your dog is a chewer, make sure the tag is not dangling too low for them to reach, or do not leave unsupervised as they will chew the tag. Please do take off the tag when going to the beach, rough play or in the river as resin tags are not as hard wearing as metal tags. Do not leave the resin tags in direct sunlight for too long and do not have other metal tags on your dog’s collar with the resin tag as this will damage it. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Tags can be wiped cleaned with a damp soapy cloth. SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME Usually we can make your tag and get your order shipped out within 10 days but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. UK orders - your tags will be sent via royal mail and delivered within a week. INTERNATIONAL orders - The delivery time can differ and from experience can take 1-4 weeks however we always send your orders tracked.
