These are very easy care plants and tolerate (maybe even thrive on!) a little bit of neglect. Spider Plants grow very quickly and when they are happy, they will shoot off "pups" or baby spider plants on long stems called "inflorescences". Some plant parents will simply set the pups on top of soil and wait for them to root there and then remove them from the mother plant. Basic Care: Bright indirect light, spider plants don't like direct light and their leaves will burn if left in direct light. Water when soil is mostly dry, but do not overwater. If the tips of your spider plant turn brown, you can try watering with distilled water.
