This pattern was made by me (Stephanie Canada) for my "Fancy/Spooky" Dress video. It is a one size pattern that is meant to fit wide (not tight to the neck) Finished garment is 23" x 19" with a ribbon tie as the closure Paper size needed: 8.5x11" Pattern: Layout and Collar are one PDF, the instructions are separate.
