Representing Japan were an exceptional lineup of musicians, led by Shuichi "Ponta" Murakami, who plays drums on every track, alongside Kazumi Watanabe, Rei Ohara, Akira Okazawa, and Jake H. Concepcion. Masayoshi Takanaka, now celebrated as one of Japan's leading guitarists, also appears on one track, delivering a characteristically clean-toned lead guitar performance.
