Our certified-organic Spirulina powder is a nutritious, plant-based source of vitamins B6 and B12, iron and antioxidants. It is processed using a rapid spray-drying method followed by a non-irradiated hot-air sterilization step. During spray drying, the spirulina is exposed to hot air for approximately 20 seconds. The rapid drying process is designed to help retain the spirulina's natural nutritional profile. Following drying, the powder undergoes a non-irradiated hot-air sterilization step. During this process, the actual product temperature remains below 80°C for approximately 2 hours. This temperature is carefully controlled to help preserve the product's nutritional quality while effectively reducing naturally occurring microorganisms and ensuring a high level of microbiological safety.
