The splashguard for TF20 is used to prevent the chocolate from splashing out of the tempering machine when pouring it out of the moulds when they are reversed after being vibrated or tapped. The splashguard allows to avoid messy spills by offering a larger discharging area. The angle of the splashguard facilitates the chocolate flow back to the machine.
