A physical 2-of-3 set for one 24-word BIP39 recovery phrase. Three numbered Punchplates each record 16 specified word positions. Any two correctly completed plates reconstruct all 24 words. Recovery and exposure Recovery rule: use any two plates from the same numbered set. Loss: if one plate is lost, either remaining pair can still recover the phrase. Compromise: one plate reveals 16 of the 24 words. Treat every plate as highly sensitive even though one plate cannot directly restore the wallet by itself. This is not multisig, Shamir's Secret Sharing, or SLIP39. Before relying on it Decide who can access each plate and how loss, exposure, recovery, monitoring, and inheritance will be handled. Distance alone does not make the design safe. Do not add a complete seed plate to this design; that would create a record containing the entire phrase and undermine the selected distribution goal. Before relying on the plan, independently test all three recovery pairs: 1+2, 1+3, and 2+3. Keep non-secret instructions identifying the set, format, and two-of-three rule without recording recovery words, owner names, or precise storage details. Included Three 24-word Split-Phrase Punchplates, permanent marker, illustrated instructions, and BIP39 word-list reference. Select the tool option if an automatic center punch is needed. Advanced use: This is a nonstandard physical distribution method—not multisig, Shamir's Secret Sharing, or SLIP39.
