Join me in rural Norfolk for a spoon carving workshop. I aim to share my passion of wood carving and knowledge of what tools and wood to use. A great introduction to wood whittling. Create your own spoon from sustainable local wood, learning to use wood carving tools safely with Martin Pigg, wood sculptor and tree surgeon. This workshop is open to complete beginners and people who have carved before and would like to carve again. All tools, materials and PPE are provided. Reviews: Spoon carving was such a creative activity. Martin is such a relaxed and calm instructor. He took care of all safety and made it really enjoyable. I loved being able to create my own design and shape. I would definitely recommend. I really enjoyed learning how to use the tools on the wood. I especially liked using the burning pen to personalize my spoon at the end. Martin was very patient and calm when instructing.
