For operation simply follow steps: You may hold the spoon scale in your hand or place scale on a horizontal flat surface Press "ON/TARE" key, "HI" is displayed after a short time "0.0" will show, but the object(s) on the spoon You may press "HOLD" key to hold for 5 seconds, to switch among measuring units press "UNIT" key. The scale features 2 measuring units: Grams (g) and Ounces (oz), press "ON/TARE" during weighing to reset the display to zero.
