Breathable mesh inserts in key areas keep the body cool during intensive activity.Elasticised fabric restraints slow excessive or sudden arm movements, giving muscles time to respond and reducing the likelihood of dislocation. This resistance can also be used therapeutically to gently strengthen the shoulder by having the arms push carefully against the stretch fabric.Strap placement can be configured to control shoulder and arm positioning, limiting the range of motion most likely to cause further injury.
