The spotting and coaching blocks are a perfect training aid and can also be used as a spotting (coaching) and/or a vaulting block. The foam core is specifically designed using 2 different grades of foam to give a stable platform for coaches and/or gymnasts. Manufactured using a 900 gram heavy duty PVC cover. Heavy duty carrying handles on two sides so they can be easily manoeuvred. The small block is 1m wide by 1m long by 60cm high, the medium block is 1m wide by 1m long by 1m high, the large block is 1m wide by 2m long by 60cm high and the x-large block is 1m wide by 2m long by 1m high, these can be safely stacked on top of each other to make a higher platform. The base is made from a superior reinforced latex anti-slip base to ensure it stays in position whilst in use.
