Spreadsheets can be tricky files to work with, especially if you have to get them to communicate data to another program. They have their own language and learning to speak it can take some trial and error. Say you're importing a product CSV into your Shopify store and you add a YES in the column that dictates whether a product should be published. Does it make sense to us? Yes. To the spreadsheet? Might as well be a foreign language since it would only understand if you entered TRUE in the column. I know, tricky right?! Even when you have a single change to do, having a couple of thousand rows to complete it on can take a good chunk of your time. Wouldn't it be great if you could pay someone a reasonable amount of money to complete that for you? I think so :)
