Introducing our smallest-batch release to date, Spring Almond — the seasonal counterpoint to a winter nocino. Made with green almonds, grape brandy, and sweetened with cane sugar. Spring Almond is bright, aromatic, and surprisingly light. In other words, it's unlike anything we’ve made before. Aged as long as 60 months, Spring Almond is the first release in our Experimental Series — a spirit that is years in the making and now yours to enjoy. Crafted in extremely limited quantities and labeled by hand at our distillery, it’s available only at Bar Brucato and through select distillery tours.
