Spring is around the corner and we're excited to have our first virtual class of the season! Due to the nature of the cookies the class will be divided up into four chapters. Each chapter will be a set of cookies. Chapters will be shared to the group one at a time as prerecorded videos. Videos are all now available in the group to watched and replayed anytime. Leading up to the chapters a demo will be done on making cookie dough and how to roll and bake to get the perfect cookie. Templates will be provided for the cookie cutters so you can hand cut but cookie cutters are also available online for purchase. As well as a demo on making royal icing. Link to potion bottle cutters here. Link to plaque cutter here. Students will learn to make each cookie set start to finish for a total of 8 cookies - four positive and four negative space cookies. Chrissie will keep the facebook group active for questions to be answered. Please allow 48 hours for questions to be answered. Class video and facebook group will remain permanent on facebook exclusively for members of the group to rewatch the class and continue to ask questions after the class. (Subject to change in future if facebook ever changed their storing or group functions). Supply list will be available in the private facebook group.
