If you love walking, or running in the Yorkshire Dales as much as I do, you will know that no two gates are the same. They each have their own unique style and personality to add c hallenge and fun to your journey. There's the 'breathe-in gate', the 'guarded-by-a-monstrous-puddle gate', the 'sandwich-squasher', the 'used-to-be-a-gate gate' and the 'give-up-and-climb-over' gate. Each of my mini gate is as unique as it's subject. Crafted in layers, first with acrylic, then paper mache and tiny strips of modelling card, hand painted and finished with fabric and embroidered flowers.
