For stretching and suspending silk or other fabrics for hand painting. Can be configured multiple ways depending on your stretching needs. The 2 straight prongs can be set into the silk hem and the backward angled prongs can be hooked around rubber bands or even hooked into the Arty's Adjustable Frame bars. If you use a wood frame, you can simply set the backward angled hooks so they bite directly into the wood of your frame, leaving the L-Shaped hook side to attach to your silk. You can also detach both hooks from the spring and attach a rubber band directly to either claw hook (essentially doubling the number of usable hooks) or you can leave the spring in place and attach the rubber band to it as show in the image above.
