Spring Veg CSA Share - $247 ($30.88/week) Weeks before we start going to farmer's markets, we are launching a spring vegetable CSA that will fill all those spring cravings for something green and fresh. This share will be heavy on salad greens like lettuce, kale, spinach, swiss chard, arugula, bok choy and more. Note: there is only one size for our CSA program. Each week will include 5-7 items. What's included: 8 weeks of vegetables 5-7 items per week Late April - Mid June Tons of salad greens! When springtime hits, I know I am CRAVING something fresh and green, and this CSA will no doubt fill that craving. This share is especially heavy on the salad greens. Other veggies included: microgreens, radish, beets, salad turnips, scallions, leeks, peas, zucchini, cucumbers, herbs, chicory, bok choy, and kohlrabi.
