Method of Extraction Steam distilled from the fresh or partly dried fruits that house the seeds. Method of Application Compress: Blend 1 drop of Aniseed with 2ml massage oil and add to a warm damp cloth - place over abdomen to help calm spasms. Inhalation: Diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser to help support the respiratory system. Blends well with Sweet Orange, Lemon, Bergamot and Sandalwood.
