Spring is in the air and in celebration of the most hopeful time of year, we are exploring our favourite springtime pairings. Think light, chilled reds, fizzy pet-nats, and crisp, tropical whites paired alongside some of our current favourite cheeses from around the world. In this session we'll taste through 5x wines and 5x cheeses and talk about what they are, why they work and how you can create similar pairings at home.
