Apply a thick coat of royal icing onto the edge of the scraper and pass it over the entire stencil. Pull corner of the stencil up gently and slowly pull up the entire stencil. Allow the sprinkles to completely dry, then, gently scrape the sprinkles off of the parchment paper.
