I'll be honest with you — Sprinkles didn't exactly arrive quietly. In the middle of a collection built on stillness and introspection, this one showed up like a sugar rush. It's a heart-shaped donut, basically. Chocolate base, pink frosting melting down the sides, and yes — those are real sprinkles pressed right into the paint. I couldn't help myself. Sometimes Wintering Down calls for a little absurdity, a little sweetness to break through the contemplative mood. The heart radiates outward in a blaze of yellow light, almost sacred, almost ridiculous — which feels exactly right.
