Full-width frontal protection for Sprinters that leave the bitumen — built to run a winch, clear lift kits and oversized tyres, and keep every factory sensor working. The 5 mm aluminium skid plate and bull bar are included as standard — deselect either above if you don't need them. We ship it as one complete kit, and pre-orders reserve a bumper from our first Australian container. The winch and lights shown in the photos are optional add-ons — select them in the add-on options to build the same setup. The steel cradle accepts the Warn VR Evo 12-S, Zeon Platinum 12-S or DV8 Extract 12,000 lb winch and transfers recovery loads straight into the chassis. A built-in wire chase protects the OEM harness, with wire-management holes and slots for tidying added winch or lighting looms. There's mounting for two pod lights either side of the winch; the bull bar adds 560 mm of mounting width for Baja Designs LP6 Pro lights, and the two cutouts suit a pair of Baja Designs Squadron Sport pods — or run four Squadrons in place of a winch. The skid plate protects the engine and oil pan, and an optional front hitch adapter carries bike racks and cargo carriers up front, freeing up the rear doors. Installation involves detailed cutting of the OEM plastic bumper cover — a cut template and step-by-step guide are included, and a competent DIYer will have it fitted in about 3 hours.
