Our organic raw seeds are first soaked in a Baja Gold mineral sea salt bath, then spread onto trays where they are kept moist for 2–3 days until a small sprout — or “tail” — begins to grow. This traditional process activates the seed and enhances digestibility. Once sprouted, the seeds are gently dehydrated to restore their crisp texture.
